Dunfermline
Astraside Regeneration together with Malcolm Fraser Architects have put forward a proposal to Fife Council to regenerate the western part of the town.
Outline Proposals include:
- City Square at Bridge Street level, overlooking the Park -
tables, Farmers' Markets, events;
- Shops - small supermarket to Bridge Street,
cafes/bars/restaurants to Square;
- Hotel - entrance to Square, function suites, restaurants and
terrace above, bedrooms to Bridge Street and overlooking
the Park, under the Square, including Leisure Suite;
- Separate Restaurant to Kirkgate, with Flats above;
- Car Park tucked-into depth of the site.
