Snoasis

Astranta, part owners of Astraside Regeneration, have been providing advice on funding options for the largest indoor snow event facility in the world – Snoasis.

The scheme based in a 350 acre quarry 80 miles to the north east of London is a visionary solution to a redundant quarry creating over 2100 FTE jobs.

The scheme has detailed planning consent for the snow facilities, outdoor leisure and 3500 beds including chalets in a lake land setting, hotels and apartments.
